Our Talent Accelerator Bootcamp is a 30 hour training session, spread over 3 months, covering 9 modules including all the basics of TA from process development, JD creation, candidate search, selection, data analytics, etc.

Our modules are a mix of theoretical background as well as practical exposure including case studies and live projects. From learning recruitment to developing the company culture, this course will help you understand the nitty-gritty of Talent Acquisition as well as prepare for a career in Talent Acquisition by focusing on practical learning, exposure and skill development.
Q. How many hours will one module take to cover?
Approximately 7 hours per module
Q. How long will I have access to the bootcamp?
You will get access to the modules and the mentor sessions for a period of 3 months
